1. Introduction

Welcome to Rigsnow, an online platform developed and managed by WeGeni IT Services and Consulting (OPC) Private Limited ("We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://rigsnow.com (the "Platform") and any related services offered through it.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Rigsnow is an e-commerce platform designed for:

Listing, renting, and purchasing new, used, or refurbished water rigs
Enabling users (including individuals, resellers, and businesses) to manage listings
Facilitating rig rentals and resale transactions

We offer one free listing per registered user or admin account. All subsequent listings or premium features may be subject to additional terms.

3. User Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally capable of entering a binding contract
Provide accurate registration details including name, email, phone number, GST number, and address
Agree to provide valid identification or KYC documents as required

We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts if any information is found to be false or misleading.

4. Account Registration and Access

Registration is mandatory for posting, renting, or buying rigs
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Password-based access is required; we do not support social logins
You agree not to share your login credentials or impersonate another individual or entity

Only the Platform admin can delete user accounts. Users must contact support to request account termination.

5. Listing Policy

You may list rigs on Rigsnow under the following conditions:

Listings must be accurate and include clear descriptions
You may list new, used, or refurbished rigs, provided ownership or rental rights are legitimate
No fraudulent, fake, or misleading listings are permitted
The first listing is free; further listings may be subject to admin review or restrictions

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates our policies.

6. Buying, Selling, and Renting Rigs

The Platform allows users to:

Post rigs for sale or rental
Browse available rigs listed by other users or the admin
Contact sellers via Platform or phone number provided
Use Razorpay to complete purchases where enabled

All transactions are between users. Rigsnow does not directly sell, rent, or ship rigs unless explicitly mentioned.

7. Payment Terms

We integrate with Razorpay for online payment processing. By making a transaction, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Allow Razorpay to securely process your payment
Accept that we do not store your full payment card details or CVV

Once payment is made, the transaction is final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable unless required by law.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Rigsnow operates a strict no cancellation and no refund policy
Listings, purchases, or rentals once confirmed cannot be reversed or refunded
You are advised to verify all listing and buyer/seller details before proceeding

In the case of a disputed payment, contact we@wegeni.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

9. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal and sensitive data (e.g., name, phone number, GST number, Aadhaar) as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Your data is not shared with vendors, logistics providers, or advertisers
No data is stored or transferred outside India
Promotional messages may be sent via WhatsApp or email

10. User Obligations

As a user of Rigsnow, you agree to:

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Not upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Not engage in spam, abuse, or harassment
Not list rigs you do not own or have rights to rent/sell
Abide by all applicable Indian laws

11. Platform Access and Availability

We aim to maintain 24/7 availability of the Platform
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
Maintenance or server downtime may occur without prior notice

WeGeni is not responsible for loss of business or data due to unavailability or access issues.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and designs on Rigsnow are the exclusive property of WeGeni IT Services and Consulting (OPC) Private Limited. You may not:

Copy or reuse any content or code
Reproduce the design or backend system
Claim ownership of platform-generated data

13. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

You violate these Terms
You misuse the listing or payment system
Your activity poses a risk to the platform or other users
Legal or regulatory action is taken

Upon termination, your account and listings may be removed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Rigsnow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee rig availability, condition, or fitness for a specific purpose
We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages between buyers and sellers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 3 months

15. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

Razorpay’s performance or transaction issues
External communication apps like WhatsApp
Any third-party websites linked through Rigsnow

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu.
